• Murals are priced on a sliding scale based on square footage. What does sliding scale mean? Depending on the design, complexity, accessibility & texture of the wall. Here's a breakdown:

  • Surface texture of wall (I.e: brick, stucco, drywall, concrete, etc.)

  • Complexity of design (I.e: lots of detail, minimal detail, logo/signage, do YOU have inspiration or ideas or do I have creative freedom, etc.)

  • Accessibility of the wall (I.e: is the wall interior or exterior, will a scissor lift be needed, ladders, is the wall on eye level or on a ceiling, etc.)

• Minimum pricing for residential murals is $2,500 and minimum pricing for commercial murals is $3,000. However, I am happy to work with your budget and complete a mural in phases or sections to make sure your vision comes to life.

• Pricing includes all materials, digital renderings for you to select from, insurance coverage, and taxes. There are no surprises about what will be painted on your wall. Payments are split into 50% up front at contract signing and 50% when complete. Other payment options are available.
